Dakota Conservators, Inc. provides Guardianship, Conservatorship, and Trustee services. Through our services we support individuals with mental health diagnosis, persons with memory loss and individuals with developmental disabilities.

Dakota Conservators, Inc. was incorporated in 1992 by Patricia McMurry. Patricia received guardianship training from the Probate Judge in Dakota County at that time. We have been a contracted agency for the Dakota County Probate court since 1992. Dakota Conservators, Inc. was led by Patricia McMurray and her business partner Sharon Awada until January 2008. In 2008 Dakota Conservators, Inc. was purchased by Steven Sahl and Fay Lincheid as Co-Owners. The company was later sold to Leeann Metzmaker in 2015.

Dakota Conservators, Inc. is committed to handling challenging cases. Our cases have included complicated financial, real estate and medical situations. In order to provide the most comprehensive services we partner with lawyers, realtors, and other professionals to complete the tasks we are assigned. Our team also has extensive knowledge of the probate court process. Dakota Conservators, Inc. currently has cases in the following probate courts: Dakota County, Scott County, Olmsted County, Hennepin County, Washington County, Chisago County, Ramsey County and St Louis County.
